If the Standard Shipping via envelope shipping option is available to you, and you are selecting this option for shipping, you are acknowledging that you will not receive a tracking number.

Please be advised that Fangirl Ltd will not refund or send replacement for any item(s) should they become lost in transit when tracked shipping is not purchased as the shipping option. This applies to ALL orders, be it domestic or international. 

For international orders: Any and all duties / VAT / taxes / tariffs / clearing fees / import fees / etc. are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and Fangirl Ltd will not be held liable for any such costs. Fangirl Ltd will not be held liable/responsible if items are confiscated by customs, and will not refund or replace those items. Fangirl Ltd normally does not ship polish overseas, however, all other items can be shipped. **If you are an international customer trying to place an order with polish in it, please remove the polish from your cart and then continue the check out process. That should rectify your error message. **Please note that as of 1/1/21, Fangirl Ltd does not ship to UK or UK territories. Thank you.**
